Return Policy

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer (i.e. an individual acting outside your professional or commercial activity) within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with § 355 BGB and Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.

2. Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., by letter or email) before the 14-day period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory.

3. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you validly withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments we received from you, including standard delivery costs (but not any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery). Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we receive the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. We do not charge a fee for this reimbursement.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which you have communicated your withdrawal to us. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you.

4. Condition of Returned Goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Important — Sealed Food Supplements: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery (§ 312g(2) No. 3 BGB). Accordingly, opened packs of Teravion cannot be returned on the basis of the right of withdrawal. Unopened, sealed packs may be returned within the withdrawal period.

5. Defective Goods — Statutory Warranty

Independently of the right of withdrawal, you have statutory rights in relation to defective goods under §§ 434 et seq. BGB (Sachmängelhaftung). If the product you received is defective, please contact us promptly. We will arrange a remedy (repair or replacement) or, where appropriate, a refund. Statutory warranty rights are not affected by these terms.
